Changes to Your JotForm Account

JotForm is making a few changes. Our plans now limit the number of forms you may have in your account.

As we mentioned in previous emails, your account has 21 forms and your current FREE plan allows for a maximum of 5.

Please note your current forms and data are safe. JotForm will not delete anything from your account. Your current forms are exempt from the new form limit and will be grandfathered. This means that you can continue using your current forms as usual, and will only need to upgrade if you create new forms.

Since you have reached this limit, you must upgrade to a BRONZE plan no later than October 4th.

The cost for this plan is $19 per month.

If you choose not to upgrade at this time, you can stay at your FREE plan and continue to use your existing forms and data. You always have the option to upgrade anytime in the future.
