Don't Forget - There are Changes Coming to Your JotForm Account

To keep JotForm running smoothly, as well as keep your forms and data safe, our plans limit the number of forms you may have in your account.

As we mentioned in an email you received last week, your account has 21 forms and your current FREE plan allows for a maximum of 5.

Since you have reached this limit, you must upgrade to a BRONZE plan no later than October 4th if you want to create new forms. The cost for this plan is $19 per month.

If you choose not to upgrade at this time, you can stay at your FREE plan and continue to use your existing forms. You always have the option to upgrade anytime in the future.
